John has been involved in the landscape industry since 1971. He started with Olympic Landscape & Irrigation in 1977, during which time he has been the lead designer for the company.

In addition to landscape design, John's duties include landscape project sales and ongoing customer relations.

John is known as a very talented and creative landscape design professional, with many years of experience in the industry. He is

Lynn’s job responsibilities at Olympic include scheduling of sprinkler service, training and managing service and installation crews, providing technical support, and handling customer relations.

He joined Olympic in 2005 and has been involved in the landscape industry since 1990. Lynn has successfully completed many high quality custom residential and commercial landscape and irrigation projects.

He has also developed expertise in equipment operation, landscape and sprinkler installation, service work, lighting, and crew development. Lynn values his working relationships and enjoys the challenges of new projects and helping customers fulfill their landscape dreams.

Nancy is an experienced industry professional and has been with Olympic Landscape & Irrigation Co. for over 13 years.

As the Design Department Manager, she has responsibility for overseeing all design projects and personnel.

Nancy is an experienced professional in landscape and lighting design. She has a B.S. degree in Landscape Architecture, and is a Washington Certified Professional Horticulturist (CPH).

Stewart’s major duties at Olympic are to meet with prospective customers, prepare and present estimates for landscape design and construction work, and to guide customers through Olympic’s process. This involves working closely with other team members and interacting with customers in overseeing their projects through to completion.

Stewart studied Natural Resource Management and Recreational Landscape Design at Virginia Commonwealth University, and has been a designer and contractor in the landscape industry for many years.

Ellyn's responsibilities at Olympic include all company accounting functions. She has been with Olympic since 2003 and has over 25 years of experience in accounting and office management, working in a variety of industries and non-profit organizations.

Ellyn is skilled at budgeting and statistical analysis, as well as managing facilities and people in organizations.

Kip’s main job responsibility at Olympic is the management and direction of landscape construction crews. He is committed to bringing professionalism and enthusiasm to the job, and to maintaining exceptional customer relations at all times.

Kip has been involved in the Landscape industry since 1990. He has experience in both commercial and residential landscaping and has developed a style that matches the Olympic way of technical correctness and attention to detail.

He has also developed a high level of creativity in the construction of water features, and can build a wide variety of styles to fit specific customer preferences.

Darren’s job responsibilities at Olympic include the management and direction of construction work crews, and promoting exceptional customer relations through his professionalism and friendliness. He brings his commitment and enthusiasm to these duties with the attention to detail that Olympic is well known for.

In addition to his AA degree in Landscape and Irrigation design, Darren brings to the Olympic team over 8 years of landscape experience. He has developed specific expertise in crew development for landscape and sprinkler installations. Darren has successfully completed many high quality residential and commercial landscape projects.

Darren says, “It is a pleasure working at Olympic. I enjoy being outdoors with my crews, helping to make each customer’s home more beautiful by installing superior custom landscape designs.”

Maureen joined Olympic in 2004 and her major duties include assisting both the Construction and Sales Department Managers with record keeping, project implementation, and customer communication. She also handles the purchasing of plants and lighting materials.

Maureen is a graduate of the University of Washington and comes to Olympic with over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Management.

Her variety of experience, positive outlook and customer values have made her a key part of the Olympic staff.

Maureen has extraordinary organizational skills and says she enjoys assisting the Construction and Sales Managers to help customers achieve the landscaped home of their dreams by keeping track of the fine details of each project.

Deana’s responsibilities at Olympic include hiring stellar candidates for all open positions, conducting reviews with all Olympic employees, employee compensation and benefits.
Deana is also responsible for the development and implementation of training handbooks, and the encouragement of individual employee development. She creates enthusiasm for employees to achieve higher levels of success by encouraging promotion from within the Company.

Erica’s responsibilities at Olympic include assisting the President with administrative duties, scheduling backflow assembly tests, managing the front desk in the main office and general office support for all four of the company departments.

Erica has 12 years of customer service, management and billing experience. She excels at organization, has an eye for detail and enjoys helping people.
